Let's Talk About Sleep!


Don’t mind the bed head, let’s talk about sleep.


Sleep is essential for living.


Notice I skipped saying that it’s essential for our health?! Cuz that goes without saying. I’m saying that in order to be alive, you need sleep. Period.


For those who know me, worked with me, taken my workshops or coached with me 1:1, know that this is one of the things we work on. For you to get better quality sleep.


So here are some tips on how to get better sleep:

💭 sunlight exposure in the morning

💭 move your body

💭 eat anti-inflammatory foods

💭 avoid caffeine after 2pm (even if you can tolerate it)

💭 don’t go to bed hungry or full

💭 no screen 1 hour before sleep

💭 sleep routine (read, journal, breathe, meditate, pray)


For almost a month now, I’ve also been sleeping with a weighted blanket from Arter and I tell you, my sleep has gotten deeper and better.
